Description:

The project involved the construction of a new large detached dwelling and associated external site works. Due to the ground conditions the new substructures required cast in place concrete piling. We were involved in preparing the Bill of Quantities document for issuing to main contractors for tendering purposes. The tender documents we produced included the invitation to tender letter, BQ with measured works, preliminaries and general conditions, dayworks and the form of tender for main contractors to complete.
