Description:

The proposed development comprised of the refurbishment, alterations and large new build extension to an existing factory unit and external site works. The new extension included a large steel frame with pad foundations, composite metal wall and roof cladding. The form of contract used was the JCT Design and Build Contract (DB) 2016.

We were involved in reviewing, reporting and advising the client on the final account for the development which included attending meetings with the client & design team.
