Description:

Project comprised of the demolition of existing dwelling structure on site including associated foundations and large new build residential dwelling. There were four levels with basement and swimming pool of RC Frame, new MEP services installations and external site works. We were involved in preparing the Bill of Quantities document for issuing to main contractors for tendering purposes.
