The development consists of the construction of an extension to an existing School on a new green field site area within the school site boundary. The proposed construction consists of strip foundations, masonry walls with concrete band beams, prefabricated Kingspan purlin pitched roofs. A complete new mechanical & electrical package. The development also consists of external works, mains services, retaining walls, steps and ramps to accommodate sloping site contours. The form and type of Contract was the Public Works Contract.

We were involved in preparing the fully measured and detailed Bill of Quantities document measured in accordance with ARM4 for issuing to contractors for tendering purposes.
